There are likely numerous reasons for the creation of “Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son,” a film so drained of entertainment or simple humanity it is difficult to relate to as anything other than industrial artifact.
While not likely to increase the Big Momma audience, the movie isn’t likely to disappoint either if one is prone to love men-in-drag comedy, which reaches back even before Milton Berle. The moral here is if you slap a dress on a guy, they will come.
Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son” will add a comic of the week with the third installment of the films “Big Momma’s House” in which Martin Lawrence is multiplied to embody the FBI agent Malcolm Turner, a master of disguise and his alter ego in special missions, Grandma Hattie Mae Pierce.
Jackson to the successful franchise as his stepson. With a built-in fan-base from the first two hit films, look for this Big Momma to weigh in big with a weekend gross in the $20 million range.

On behalf of 20th Century Fox we are excited to announce that tomorrow, February 10, 2011 Facebook’s worldwide community of X-Men fans will come together for an exclusive first look at the trailer for the highly anticipated film X-Men: First Class!
The creators of X-Men: First Class are taking advantage of this social networking craze and releasing the trailer for the film this afternoon on Facebook, Hollywood News reports.
Not only will they be releasing the trailer via Facebook, but they will also be using a specially designed “X-App” to help fans share the trailer with their friends.
Also, if the number of fans, “likes,” and sharing of this trailer expands, new special content will become available through “a specially designed X-App.” This app lets Facebook users use some cool features that can be used to alter their profile pictures.
The new “X-Men” movie is slated for a June 3 release. Khatta Meetha was released on July 23,2010.Sachin Tichkule (Akshay Kumar) is the youngest son in a large family who all view him as a failure and a public 
embarrassment. While his older brother and brothers-in-law are major contractors who keep their engineering business prosperous with plenty of corruption, he goes after small petty contracts with the city and can’t even keep his workers fed. It is not so much that he is less corrupt than them; he is just bad at it.
Things get even worse for Sachin when the new municipal commissioner turns out to be his ex-girlfriend, Gehna Gampule (Trisha Krishnan). She is determined to wipe out bribery and corruption in her department—starting with him. In college, they were in love. It is unclear whether their relationship ended with his suspension from college or due to his tendency to end an argument with a slap.
This is a convoluted story with many subplots and comic interludes interspersed with a morality play about 
corruption and national progress. The dramatic portion of the film includes tragedy and graphic violence that do not seem to have any weight on the plot. Scenes of murder and violence against women are quickly followed by some inane slapstick routine or a song sequence that is entirely disconnected from the narrative.
Jeremy Renner, who many of you may remember from his Oscar-nominated role in the movie “The Hurt Locker”, has been chosen as the man who will play superhero Hawkeye in the upcoming “The Avengers” movie, according to information received yesterday at Comic Con 2010.The movie has been in production for two years following the success of Iron Man, and we got a hint at its existence following in the first movie, when after the credits, Nick Fury (played by Samuel L. Jackson) meets with Tony Stark to talk about forming a group of superheroes.
The movie will be directed by Joss Whedon, who said:
“I’m writing and directing it… There will be some avenging that takes place during the film and that’s about all I can tell you. I think it’s well-known that Jeremy Renner (The Hurt Locker) is joining us as Hawkeye, which is so exciting for me and the rest of the cast.”
Renner’s role in “The Avengers” was rumored since May, but Marvel decided to be silent until now.

The trailer, which was shown twice, was already given the post production 3D treatment; and it was very well done. Asgard was magnificent, better than I could ever have expected it. Thor’s banishment scene (where that image of Odin’s throne room comes from) was very emotional; Hopkins owns the role of the All-Father.
The son of Odin, most powerful of the Norse Gods, Thor has been an emissary to humanity, a protector of both Asgard and Earth and inspiration for humans and gods alike.
Marvel Studios released their release slate of big movies for the next few years, I think more than a few people were curious about some of the dates. One of those movies scheduled for 2010 is the Thor flick, which didnt even have a director yet at that point, and you would think a movie as CGI-heavy as a Thor movie would require quite a bit of pre-production work before shooting even begins. The tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli has come up with something lighter and entertaining this time and interestingly, he has brought in the comedian Sunil as the hero.
Story
A faction feud in Rayalaseema results in the end of the death of Ramineedu’s (Nagineedu) brother and he along with his two sons (Supreeth, Venugopal) vow for revenge.
Sunil is a hard working guy whose ambition is to buy his own vehicle to transport goods. He still transports goods on his cycle that has been with him for twenty years. The cycle is shown as a close friend and an integral part of the script. The hard working Sunil, on a fine day receives a mail saying that he can claim an ancestral property in Kandhikota.
Here starts the adventure! In the travel, Sunil encounters Saloni. Sunil enters Kandhikota to sell the property and from the proceeds, fulfill his dream to buy his transport vehicle.
This is something that Rajamouli has cleverly leaked out in the press meet. This is not new but what is new is that the treatment given to the screenplay. Sunil somehow meets Ramineedu and asks him to sell his land. As Ramineedu and his children – Malla Suri (Kaatu Raju) and Bailreddy know that Sunil is from the same family that killed their uncle, they decide to kill him. But Ramineedu is a man of principles. Though he’s a cold blooded murderer, according to his family customs, blood should not shed in their household or in simple words, inside the house.
Hence they wait patiently for Sunil to come out of the house, only upon which they can kill him!
Here, the innocent Sunil realizes that the old man and his sons are ready to prey him down! Sunil, the hero now has to think of surviving and save his soul. With cheeky and clever acts, serendipitous moments come by! Does Sunil go out? Does he escape? What does Saloni do? The answers await at the big screen!

Heck… what woman isn’t looking for their Justin? This movie has it all… love and pain… laughter and tears. It’s perfect. The beauty of the country along with the small town family atmosphere makes this pure. I know I also love the humor. Bernice is the best! She has heart and knows what she wants. The fact that she can tell Justin how it is impresses me and empowers me. The music is some of the most beautiful music I’ve heard and it just makes this experience all the more perfect for me! I love it and recommend it to any woman who has ever been hurt and survived.
