There have been rumors recently that Lauer was having an affair with 
Today Show co-host Meredith Viera. But National Enquirer reports that Matt Lauer was caught cheating and left his wife. The other woman is said to be 26 years old and married. His co-workers have been suspicious ever since he quit bringing his wife to company parties. The said affair was reported at NBC’s “The Today Show.”
Their marriage was filled with rumors through out the years. Matt and Annette has been together for 12 years and they have three daughters together. The couple were separated in 2006 during Annette’s third pregnancy. They filed for divorce but reconciled again.
As of now, Matt Lauer and the women involved in this cheating scandal have not yet given statements. We are hoping that they clear this allegation so the mystery will be put to end.
